We are a locally-based enterprise, we know the ways of working in the area and we have chosen only the most exotic and highest standard services and competent experts for our clients, so you can comfortably leave all the arrangements to us.

We work in tight cooperation with the luxury travel elite, enabling us to provide services that meet international criteria.

We normally require our entire staff and partners to have at least ten years of experience in the field.

What do I need to take into account when contacting Luxury Action to ensure I receive a package designed as personally as possible and according to my wishes?

We would like you to provide us information about ages, destinations/activities you are especially interested in (these help us with the programme design), possible allergies and illnesses. If children participate, it would also be good to know their routines/preferences – if they take daytime naps, what time they usually wake up, eat, etc. Please include your contact details so we can ask you for more information.

Do you offer the most competitive rates?

We do not engage in a price war, because quality is more important than quantity. We invest a lot of time into planning, advance briefings and give every request outstanding attention. We are used to working to tight schedules and facing quick deadlines is something we are especially good at. We love a challenge and all our packages are tailor-made.

What are your office hours?

As our clientele come from every corner of the globe, you will be able to reach us almost any time of the day or night. If you contact us between 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. (UTC+2) you will probably get an immediate response. The time in Finland is two hours ahead of London, which is easy to remember. Our working language is English. For a separate fee, we can provide our services in your own language and/or we can come to meet you in person.

Do you only provide activities or can we order accommodation and other programmes through your office?

We always design a comprehensive service entirety to include the accommodation and activities that best suit your desires. You will receive your personal Luxury Action Guide/Butler, who will make all the advance preparations for you and who is at your disposal for your entire holiday experience.
